FOUNDERS 2018

A great Founders, with fantastic participation as always by the Anniversary Batches - Special mention goes out to the Batches of 1968 and 1993, celebrating their 50th and 25th years respectively. Impossible to say which batch had the better time! AND YET AGAIN A BIGH THANK YOU TO BOTH BATCHES FOR THEIR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTIONS both for the School Development Fund and a Special Contribution to our Service Staff.

A seamless experience, with the rain playing spoil-sport on Sports Day! but Welhamites being who and what they are, marched to the tune of their thunder, with 'raindrops falling my head...' and splashed their way through it all. Present and Past joined hands as the Spirit of Welham rose to the occasion and was applauded time and again!

Here are a few memorable moments for all those who missed a fabulous event and hope to see you all again in equal numbers and enthusiasm in 2019!

FOUNDERS DAY PROGRAMME:

11th October, 2018

Annual Sports Day 8:45 am - 12.30 pm in the Games Field.
Lunch for the 25th and 50th reunion batches only, in the Junior Dining Hall at 1.30 pm after the March Past.
Play ‘Animal Farm’ in the Auditorium at 6:45 pm.
Principal’s Dinner for ex-students and ex-staff at 8:15 pm at Principal’s Residence in No. 19, Municipal Road.

12th October, 2018

The Exhibition ‘Pangea – A Virtual Bioscope’ will be open for viewing from 9:30 am to 12:40 pm at the No. 12 Campus.
Speeches at 5:15 pm, followed by the cultural programme ‘Ajasra – Music Unbound' in the Auditorium. 

Please make sure you carry the WGAA ID Card and a Photo ID on both days.
